Below you´ll find our Terms and Conditions, please read through them, by using our services you are agreeing to the terms set out.
- Hours of Business
Our business opening hours are 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, We are closed at weekends.
With regard to calls, emails and messages received outside of our opening times these will be answered at our earliest convenience.
-Lesson Bookings
Please note we cannot confirm booking until payment has been received
It is your responsibility to let us know prior to booking if there is anything we should be aware of.
You must ensure that you have your provisional licence and bring it with you to lesson
- Payments
All Lesson payments are taken in advance, we cant confirm Lessons until payment has been received
All payments are made via Bank Transfer to our Business Account of which we will provide you with the details.
In the event that payment hasn´t been received the lesson will be cancelled and we will therefore be unable to attend.
- Block Booking Payments
All block booking payments must be paid in full to benefit from the discounted rate
- Cancellations
We require 48 hours notice in the event of cancelling a lesson
in the event of a late cancellation where 48 hours notice has not been received the lesson will be charged in full, no shows are also charged in full.
- Lesson Pick Up
Be punctual for Lessons, If you are running late contact us to advise
In the event that you are late we will wait for upto 15 minutes before deeming a no show so it is important to make contact.
All no shows are charged in full
If pick up or drop off are required ar different location please inform us in good time so that we can advise if this is possible.
We will advise where possible if we are running late and adjust lesson accordingly.
In the event that we should need to cancel a lesson we shall give you as much notice as possible, please note we cant be held responsible
for cancellations due to mechanical fault, however we aim to have vehicle back on road or replacement vehicle arranged as soon as possible.
- Driving Tests
We will advise on your readiness and when you should be looking to book test.
A minimum of 7 days notice is required for any test date, you must confirm any date with ourselves to ensure we are free for the
time and date being booked
We cannot take anyone to test that isn´t to the required standard expected as per dvsa guidelines and therefore reserve the right
to withdraw use of vehicle.
In the event that you have been unsuccessful with a test the appropriate lessons must be taken to fix faults before being taken to test again.
- Refunds
In the event that a refund should be required we would need full details provided
please note these can take 3 - 5 working days to complete & incur an admin fee.
If the refund is part of a block booking please note that the hours taken will be charged at full rate with the remaining balance being returned.
